Chaos manipulation

The first thing to remember about chaos manipulation is: You cannot control the path of chaos only the destination. I have studied chaos for many years, I can orchestrate chaos. One would be wise to always remember that chaos is alive and unpredictable. When attempting to manipulate chaos, know that chaos is the essence of randomness. Chaos rarely will leave its user untouched by its hand of random intervention. If you plan to manipulate chaos then be advised: You will receive all the energy you expel, but when it returns it will certainly be altered.
The rules of karma still apply to chaos however; anything you do will return on you three fold.
Basic introduction aside let's go through the steps for chaos manipulation.
Step 1.
Forget all the rules pertaining to your life thus far (If you have already come to the conclusion that anything is possible based on personal will power- skip to step 3). You must attain a completely open mind for everything, chaos with its nature includes everything.(this is why i am going to actively try to soft link the node everywhere I can)
Step 2.
Once you have an expandable mind, then understand the world is a pliable thing. Reality is relative to your perception of your world. Your perception in fueled by your will to believe (this is the reason for step #1.) Imagination and creative energy directed into a belief that anything you will to happen can, will put the world in your hands.
Step 3.
Now that you have the ability to craft your will into reality, you can begin to manipulate things... Chaos is a difficult thing to understand, so before you begin to manipulate things, observe. Take your can of mind fuck and chill in a corner and watch. Step 3. Is about observation and learning. Learn all you can start small: instigate chaos at first, then watch it go! Practice makes perfect, perfect chaos that is. Once you have a basic understanding of how chaos works then move to step 4.
Step 4.
Once you have attained the basic ability too fully observe chaos and track its path, then you can begin to try directing it. This is done by focusing your energy and will to a specific path or spot intended for chaos to fall. You can will chaos you instigate to be chaotic and endup at the destination you desire. Remember you cannot pick the path of chaos only its destination.
Step 5.
Once you have mastered directing chaos then you are not too far from manipulating chaos. Manipulation of chaos is the same concept as directing; only on a larger more multi faceted scale. When you're focusing on one target-err I mean victim, or destination, try focusing on a second (A third if you are a fast learner). That is the basic idea. Mass focusing of energy means mass amounts of chaos. The next level after this would be to orchestrate chaos

Tue, February 6, 2007 - 7:30 PMi enjoyed your thoughts on chaos manipulation, but i'm about to be all ambivalent and suggest a different approach, cause that's how I roll. I think, when it comes to us menial humans and what we call chaos magic(k), or whatever we want to call it, it's not so much a matter of manipulating chaos, as it is realizing that manipulation IS chaotic, in itself. Sure, there's all these hurricanes and other chaotic things going on that happen whether humans exist or not, and some may argue that humans can manipulate them, but let's try to think less macro, and more micro. The most efficient tool we have as a species is manipulation, and I think we should look at chaos as a product of that. Once we turn 7ish, we realize that whole action/consequence, cause/effect thing, and it's very simple at that age. But once your grown and your world expands, using our incredible skills of manipulation, starting a simple rumor can be massively chaotic, with no way to determine the destination. It's easy to push the first domino, and see where the next 5, or 50 are going, but there's no way to predict where the last domino will fall, or if there even exists a last domino. I guess I'm contesting that you CANNOT pick the destination of chaos, but you can manipulate the path, at least for awhile. If your desired "destination" falls upon the path of chaos as far as you can see, then I guess you've accomplished your goals, but it's important to remember the chaos isn't done yet. It's like that horrid saying you might hear at an AA meeting: "I hit bottom." I personally don't think chaos works that way; for chaos, there is no bottom to hit, or rather, there is no end. Chaos is a huge force to grasp, an extremely complicated, and unique entity that I feel is often taken for granted, especially when folks feel that it's possible to manipulate it so easily - we are but tiny nitrogen molecules bouncing off the edge of the grand canyon when we try to manipulate chaos. RESPECT THE CHAOS!
